In no event will Road Runner Courier be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website. Road Runner Courier does not warrant that this website is free of viruses or other harmful components. You use this website at your own risk and are responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such activities.
Payments
We utilize secure, encrypted processing for all transactions to ensure your data remains protected.

Digital Wallets: We accept Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and Samsung Pay for all mobile and online bookings.

Credit/Debit Cards: All major providers, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Business Accounts: Established corporate clients may pay via ACH Transfer or Direct Wire.

Contactless: "Tap-to-Pay": Available directly with our couriers at the point of pickup or delivery.
Billing & Invoicing

Immediate Services: For Rush and Two-Hour tiers, payment is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

Standard Services: Same-Day deliveries are billed at the time of pickup unless a corporate account is on file.

Corporate Net Terms: Approved business accounts are eligible for Net 30 terms. Invoices are issued weekly and are due 30 days from the invoice date.
Surcharges & Adjustments

Cancellation Fees: Orders canceled after a courier has been dispatched are subject to a service fee. Once pickup is complete, the full amount is non-refundable.

Wait Time: If a courier must wait more than 5 minutes at pickup or drop-off, a fee of $0.75 per minute will be automatically added to the final invoice.

Re-routing: Any mid-transit changes to the delivery address may incur additional mileage fees based on the new distance.
Late Payments

Past Due Invoices: Any payment not received by the specified due date will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge (or the maximum allowed by law).

Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend courier services for accounts with any invoice more than 15 days past due.
Security & Disputes

Secure Processing: We do not store full credit card details on our local servers; all payments are handled by PCI-compliant third-party gateways.

Disputes: Any billing discrepancies must be reported to our Support Team at info@rrcdelivers.com within 7 business days of the invoice date.
Customer Resposibilites
By utilizing our services, the customer (Shipper) agrees to the following responsibilities to ensure safe and timely delivery:

Secure Packing: Shippers must ensure all items are properly packed and conditioned to withstand standard transport. Inadequate packaging that results in breakage is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Clear Labeling: All packages must be accurately labeled with the sender and recipient & full name, complete address (including suite/apartment numbers), and a valid contact phone number.

Accuracy of Information: Providing untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information grants Road Runner Courier Service the right to suspend service.

Availability: Shippers must ensure the package is ready for pickup at the scheduled time. For signature-required deliveries, a recipient must be present; otherwise, the package may be marked as "undeliverable".

Detailed Instructions: Customers are responsible for providing crucial access information, such as gate codes, building security protocols, or specific drop-off locations (e.g., "back door" or "front porch").

Wait Time: Road Runner couriers offer a 5-minute grace period. Beyond this, a Wait Time Fee of $0.75 per minute will apply.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
The customer warrants they will not consign any of the following prohibited articles:

Hazardous Materials: Explosives, fireworks, gasoline, or radioactive substances.

Illegal Substances: Marijuana (medical or otherwise), illegal narcotics, and contraband.

Currency & High Value: Bank bills, notes, currency, or loose precious stones.

Restricted Goods: Items like alcohol, tobacco, or live animals may only be shipped under specific contractual agreements.
Financial Obligations

Payment Liability: The account holder is liable for all charges, including those resulting from unauthorized use of their account.

Non-payment Consequences: Invoices not paid within terms (e.g., 30 days) may result in account suspension and late interest fees of up to 0.75% per day.
Liability & Loss
Unless a higher "Declared Value" is purchased, Road Runner Courier Service’s liability for any lost, damaged, or
delayed shipment is strictly limited:

Automatic Coverage: Limited to $100.00 per shipment or $0.50 per pound, whichever is less.

Maximum Payout: In no event will Road Runner be liable for any amount exceeding the actual replacement cost of the contents, regardless of the sentimental or "business" value.

Consequential Loss: We are not liable for indirect or "consequential" damages, such as lost profits, loss of business opportunity, or income resulting from a late or missing delivery.

Notification: Any damage or loss must be reported in writing within 5 business days of the delivery (or the scheduled delivery date).

Inspection: For damage claims, the customer must retain all original packaging for inspection. Claims will be denied if the packaging is discarded before an investigation is complete.

Proof of Value: The claimant must provide a commercial invoice or receipt proving the actual cost of the item.
